- Please present a valid photo ID or passport upon check-in. (Korean Residents: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License or Work Permit / Non-Residents: Passport)
- Check-ins and check-outs are available during designated times only to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
- We do not offer extensions for check-out.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Children under 12 are included in the total number of guests. -
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Free cancellation is available if the check-in date is more than 4 days away.
- For cancellations made from 3 days before check-in until the day of check-in, the full reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- In case of a No-Show, the full reservation amount will be charged as a penalty and is non-refundable. -
HOTEL POLICY
- Light meals may be consumed in the room. Please refrain from food that may inconvenience others.
- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited within the hotel. Please ask the staff for the nearest smoking area.
- Guests are responsible for all belongings or cash brought to the hotel. Please contact the reception desk if you require special assistance.
- Please be considerate of shared facilities and spaces. Refrain from actions that may disturb or inconvenience other guests.
- Losses or damages incurred from inappropriate behavior of a guest or visitor will be the liability of the party involved. -
SMOKING POLICY
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire hotel premises in accordance with the National Health Promotion Act. Any violations will be reported to the local police and the hotel may charge a cleaning fee of 100,000 won.
- Guests are liable for all costs, losses, and damages resulting from non-compliance with this policy.
