- Please present a valid photo ID or passport upon check-in. (Korean Residents: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License or Work Permit / Non-Residents: Passport)
- We do not offer extensions for check-out.
- Guests must be at least 19 years old to be eligible for accommodation.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Deposit refunds and changes to reservation dates are available once, up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.
- For reservations canceled or changed 48 hours after check-in, one night's rate including tax will be charged and the remaining reservation will be canceled. No-show customers will be charged with one night's rate including tax and the remaining reservation will be canceled.
- Reservations may be canceled without prior notice in the case of an invalid credit card.

CAPSULE ETIQUETTE GUIDELINES
- Only one guest is allowed per capsule. Visitors are prohibited from entering the guest rooms or floors for guest safety.
- - Capsule usage hours are from 15:00 to 10:00 the next day. Please empty your capsule during these hours for housekeeping (10:00~15:00) even if you are staying consecutive nights.
- Please remove your shoes in the capsule and wear the provided room shoes.
- Please use the common lounge for all foods and drinks other than water to ensure a clean capsule environment.
- Lights will be dimmed at 22:00. Please be considerate of noise levels for everyone’s rest.

HOTEL POLICY
- Check-ins and check-outs are available during designated times only to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
- Kiosks are available to handle check-ins and check-outs. Contact us by pressing the HELP button for any inconveniences.
- The hotel reception is open from 07:00 to 22:00.
- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited within the hotel. Please ask the staff for the nearest smoking area.
- Guests are responsible for all belongings or cash brought to the hotel. Please contact the front desk if you require special assistance.
- Please be considerate of shared facilities and spaces. Refrain from actions that may disturb or inconvenience other guests.
- Losses or damages incurred from inappropriate behavior of a guest or visitor will be the liability of the party involved.
- Pets are prohibited from entering or staying at HOTEL DRIP&DROP.
- We ask for your understanding for maintenance work in the capsules, shower rooms, and toilets during housekeeping hours by male and female staff.
- Security cameras are operating in the capsule area to prevent theft and accidents.

SMOKING POLICY
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire hotel premises in accordance with the National Health Promotion Act. Any violations will be reported to the local police and the hotel may charge a cleaning fee of 100,000 won.
- Guests are liable for all costs, losses, and damages resulting from non-compliance with this policy.
